Dustin practises in the areas of real estate, wills and incapacity planning, and estate administration (probate). He has acted and accepts appointments as Executor, Trustee, and Attorney under a Power of Attorney.  

Dustin works out of Infinity Law's Broadmead, Westshore, and Downtown offices. He does his best to accommodate out-of-office and off-hour appointments when requested.

Prior to practising at Infinity Law, Dustin was partner of a firm recognized as one of Canada's top wills, trusts, and estate law boutiques. He takes pride in providing experienced, clear, and practical advice to his clients. The expansion of Infinity Law in Greater Victoria and on the Island allows him to better serve his clients with increased accessibility and resources.        

Dustin grew up in Victoria and has a strong commitment to his community. He volunteers at a number of local organizations and frequently presents on topics within his areas of practice. He coaches local baseball and soccer clubs and also spends time on Greater Victoria’s tennis courts dodging tennis balls from one or all of his three boys: Benjamin (10), Connor (8), and Barrett (3).  

Dustin’s early professional goals for 2023 include completing the Canadian Institute of Certified Executors Course. His non-professional goal is to build a serviceable Pokémon deck that can compete and avoid mockery from his minor children.
