Mark is a litigation lawyer practicing primarily in Family Law and Estates, including Wills Variation. Born and raised in New Brunswick, Mark attended Mount Allison University as an undergraduate and Dalhousie University for law school.
Providing sound practical advice to his clients is Mark's number one goal. He helps clients deal with life's conflicts in a respectful, professional and effective manner. Mark has conducted trials at all levels and enjoys giving back to the profession and his community through his frequent blogging on the law and through his role as a subject editor for JP Boyd on Family Law. Mark is a past executive of the CBA's Civil Litigation subsection and a former member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
When not chewing up information and spitting out facts, Mark likes to play softball, run and read Scottish poetry. His relationship with golf is currently strained, but he is working on it. Mark is also an avid baseball fan with plans to visit each and every ballpark in the major leagues.
